Great golf relies upon you confidently holding a single picture in your mind for each shot you want to play. The Single Minded Golf audio training programme uses the very latest psychological alignment techniques to help you do this, dramatically improving your game in a very short space of time. During the course, you will not only uncover what is stopping you from playing your best golf, you will change it for good, so that you can play with total confidence and self belief. Single Minded Golf removes the clutter from your mind and calms your emotions, so that you can simply focus on enjoying each shot to the full.
Module 1 - Mind Power - The Principles Behind How You Work
The first module lays the foundation for the programme - the 5 Key Principles required for developing a single minded approach to great golf. These include learning about your unconscious mind in "Lead Yourself to Success", how to "Set Inspiring Goals", how to stop the world so that you can "Be Present to Every Shot", "Learning to Learn" your own best way of approaching the game, and finally how to "Be Single Minded" so that for every shot you have a single, clear confident focus.
Module 2 - Aligning You with Your Game
Through this ground breaking module, I will take you through a series of exercises that will align your innermost beliefs and motivations to playing your best golf. These processes enable you to experience true confidence in your self, removing the need for mental “tricks” and “techniques”, so that you are naturally free to play to the best of your ability
Module 3 – Master Your Emotions to Master Your Game
If you ever get anxious before shots and then frustrated after them, this module will help you stay calm and focused. I will take you through a series of exercises to resolve negative emotional attachments from the past. You will then install a natural recovery process so that you learn and move on quickly from every shot. Finally, you will learn how to master your emotions whilst you play, including learning how to access “The Zone” state for each shot to consistently play at your peak.
Module 4 – Creating Consistency
During the last module you will develop a groove of excellence for your game that you can rely on. You will apply mental and physical principles from Tai Chi to heighten your feel and rhythm whilst maximising your clubhead speed. Finally you will practice visualising and committing to each shot, to truly make your game Single Minded.
Take it to the Range
The fifth CD pulls together the execises that you can practice on the range. Includes a bonus track to put you into the "zone" before each game.
